Week 4

Three way tie for first place at 7-2. Some hot starts for our experts.

Stat of the week: Coming into this season, Boise State was 76-46-2 ATS over the last 10 years. WOW. A nice 20% ROI.

Dawgs -6.5 @ Busted Nutt

Nutt is gone from Ole Miss, the question is how many more games will he lose before getting fired

Charlie "yes that is my FUPA" Weis -11 @ UK

FUPA's are generally not cool. Especially on dudes...

Vandy +18.5 @ Cocky

If you got a FUPA, you better have the goods to back it up...

Pour yourself a large bourbon and Blenheim Ginger Ale and load up a plate with ham biscuits and fried chicken. It’s Week 4, my friends, and time for a SEC Swamp Romp.

Florida (-11) v. Kentucky
Kentucky's ground game sputtered against Louisville last week, and its o-line allowed six sacks. Against a strong Gator D, Kentucky probably won't be able to gain much traction.

Mississippi State (-18) v. Louisiana Tech
Don't let the two SEC losses fool you, Mississippi State's offense packs something of a punch, and its defense should be more than enough to keep LA Tech out of the endzone.

Georgia (-6.5) v. Ole Miss
Vandy routed Ole Miss last week, exposing the Rebels' decline. This game, therefore, gives Mark Richt a chance to reset his team--and save his job.

OMAC week 4:
Congratulations to the front runners; very astute picks thus far.

Miami (-11.5) v. KSU:

The Canes have some momentum now … Can they keep the ball rolling?

Georgia (-6.5) v. Ole Miss:

I drank the FSU Kool-Aid last week and got burned; here I go again with Georgia …

Oregon (-16.0) v. Arizona:

Pac-12 match-up and the Ducks need to make a statement if they want back to the Rose Bowl … Stoopes & AZ could play the spoiler. All I can do is sit back and guess.

Roche's Picks:

Florida -11 over KY
As long as the gaytors are focused they win big. If they're already thinking about Alabama next week it will be closer than it should be.

Golden Showers -3.5 over Pitt
If ND can keep the turnovers to 3 or less they should win. If they turn it over 4 times or more Brian Kelly may have an aneurysm.

Vandy +18.5 over USCe
I assume the gamecocks will screw up enough to keep this one close. They usually do.

Ga. Tech -4.5 v. UNC
GATECH is the best candidate for the SEC... Not that crap-house Mizzourable. they shoe it this weekend against a Davis-less UNC squead.
GT 44, UNC 16.

ND -3.5 at Pitt.
Pitt Just joined the ACC. They've essentially admitted they suck in football and only care about basketball. ND will beat them like they were a D-2 school or worse, like they were Texas.
ND 67, Pitt 12.

OKIE ST +3 v. TAMU
When you're 5 games behind the leaders, who the hell cares who you pick. Okies are real good, and TAMU is going to be in the SEC, which means their offense must suck.
OSU 41, TAMU 11

Roche (Week 5):

I know week 5 hasn't been set up yet, but I'm taking South Florida +3 over Pitt in tonight's game. Can the panthers screw me over two weeks in a row?
